Q. How do I get specific answers related to my product?
A.  You can find product specific questions and answers at the FAQ-tab underneath the product. Select your product from the product range and click the FAQ tab on the product specification table. This is also the place to find technical product specifications, downloadable instruction manuals, reviews and available video’s all gathered at one central place, for your convenience.

Q.I can’t find the answer I am looking for?

Q. Where can I buy these products?
A. Our products are currently available from Amazon. Every product on our website has a ‘where to buy’ button which takes you to the relevant retailer. Alternatively, you can also check our ‘where to buy’ page here for the most up to date information.

Q. Where can I buy accessories?
A. Under every product you find a series of tabs. Select the spares tab to find spare parts and accessories. If you cannot find the part you are looking for, please give us a ring on 01904 727513, we still may be able to help you.
